💰Estimate Cost
There are a lot of things we have to take in consideration to estimate and aproximate cost, so we could only approximate. There are a lot of things to do, such as:
Setting up a business name and corporation.
Business licences and permits.
Insurance.
Buying the land.
Setting up the utility connections, e.g. water,electricity,drainage ( where needed ).
Goundwork.
Tents / A-frame Houses + set them up.
Furniture ( chairs,rugs,lanters,mirrors,recycling basket,bed,pillows,extra blankets,plants,coat racks, luggage racks, etc. ).
Setting up a guest oasis ( fire pit,, sitting area, recreational area, barbeque area, lawn games, tables, hot tubs, etc. ).
Custodial Workers ( clean up ), General Manager ( scheduling ), Accounting.
Taxes.
These are some of the most important ones, so estimating a cost is hard, but we believe that the final cost will be not that high. We believe that after the $RWAP token will make more than 7-10mil volume, the Treasury wallet would have enough funds for the business to be all set up. The most expensive thing is buying the land, for sure, and it can vary a lot depending on the location, size and utility connections. Unfortunately this is one of the first things that has to be done in order to start the business. The others take a little bit more time to be done and costs way less.
We see this as a very possible first step in taking over the RWA space and being a leader!
